At NetArt Media, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable software. Because PHP Bulletin is a self-hosted digital product that includes the complete, unencrypted source code, our refund policy is strictly defined to protect both your investment and our intellectual property.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a license. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. The 100% Launch Guarantee (When We Refund)

We want you to purchase PHP Bulletin with absolute confidence. We understand that server environments vary, which is why we include our Free Professional Installation Service with every license.

To qualify for this refund under the Launch Guarantee, you must:

• Provide our technical team with the necessary server credentials (cPanel, FTP, or Database access) within 14 days of your purchase.
• Allow our team a minimum of 24 hours to attempt the standard installation.
• Ensure your web host meets our basic minimum requirements (A standard Linux server with modern PHP and MySQL/MariaDB).

If the standard installation fails due to severe server incompatibility and our team determines we cannot get the base software running, your payment will be reversed in full.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Because every purchase of PHP Bulletin includes the full, 100% unencrypted PHP source code, the software cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense. Once the files reside on your server, you have taken full delivery of our intellectual property.

Therefore, we do not issue refunds once the software has been successfully installed.

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

• You changed your mind: We provide a comprehensive live demo (both frontend and admin panel) so you can thoroughly test the software prior to purchasing.
• Third-party software conflicts: We guarantee the standard installation of PHP Bulletin. We cannot guarantee compatibility with custom third-party plugins, scripts, or heavily modified server firewalls applied after setup.
• Lack of technical expertise: While the Admin Panel is incredibly user-friendly, modifying the raw PHP or CSS source code requires programming knowledge. We do not offer refunds if you break the code while attempting to customize it.
• Scope Misunderstandings: The software is sold "as is," exactly as seen in the Live Demo. Refunds will not be granted if the software lacks a specific feature you assumed it had but did not verify prior to purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you have purchased the software and our team has been unable to complete the standard installation, please follow these steps to claim your refund:

1. Open a support ticket via our Client Area or email us directly at support@phpbulletin.com.
2. Include your license key and order number.
3. State that the standard installation was unsuccessful.

Once verified by our installation team, your refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Custom Development

If you hire our team for bespoke custom development or layout modifications beyond the standard installation, those specific labor charges are non-refundable once the coding work has commenced.
